Job Description

We are looking for Senior Accountant with 4-5 years of experience in Riyadh. Below is the Jobs Responsibilities. Preparing and sending Sales invoices and credit notes to customer Recording routine accounting transactions such as Sales invoices, cash receipts and journal voucher Prepare necessary requests for bank transfers and other payment documents and process payments in a smooth and efficient manner Ensure aged payable balances are accurate and clear all pending transactions (Applied, Advance.). Analysis and follow up on Receivables through monthly Customer Aging report Review Supplier balances on a regular basis and prepare monthly reconciliation for top suppliers and quarterly for other suppliers Review and monitor supplier accounts and follow-up on payments ensuring alignment to contract payment terms and conditions Check accuracy of accounting entries for payroll by reviewing employee data periodically Ensure aged payable balances are accurate and clear all pending transactions (Applied, Advance.). Ensure petty cash reconciliation for records alignment and compliance purposes and replenish petty cash funds as per related approved budget Ensuring VAT recorded with correct value and coordinating with Tax Consultants for filing of VAT Returns. Prepare prepaid expenses & Accrued expenses schedule & entries on the system Maintaining Asset Register and ensure that every addition and disposal of assets are properly updated in ERP Ensure that depreciation is charged on all assets in compliance with approved standards and regulations Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentation. Preparing Trial balance profit loss Account and balance sheet. SOCPA certificate is Mandatory Please send your resume/CV
