About Us:

Qazaq group own and manage Bakerist Restaurants in Dubai Hills, Golden Mile & Bluewaters and Ras AlKhaimah, in addition to ALOE bar in Emaar Beachfront.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all financial transactions, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the financial health of our restaurants. This role is crucial in maintaining our financial stability and providing valuable insights for business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and cost accounting.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accuracy of financial records.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis and budgeting.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Prepare a monthly P&L report by branch.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
