Your main responsibilities are: . Management of supplier accounts . Accounting and payment of invoices . Accounting and monitoring of NPFs . Periodic reconciliation with third parties . Preparation of monthly reporting of Group debts . Cash management . Preparation bank reconciliation statements . Cash inventory and accounting . Preparation and monitoring of the cash budget . Request and follow-up of employees' foreign exchange allocations . Follow-up of cash investments Tax declarations . Preparation of recurring tax declarations (VAT, IR, IS, RAS.) . Preparation of tax packages and additional annual statements . Others; . Analysis and lettering of all accounting accounts . Validation of employee expense reports following the procedure in place . Participation in the preparation of budgets and forcasts . Response to various internal and external requests . Group BU, CAC, Foreign Exchange Office. etc. . Classification and archiving of accounting documents . Participation in projects to improve accounting processes and tools Qualifications Bac + 4 in finance/accounting Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a multinational environment Analytical skills and attention to detail Rigor and autonomy Good oral and written communication in French and English Advanced level in MS Exce Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
