Job Title : Accountant
Job Summary: The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and preparing financial statements. This role involves analyzing financial data, reconciling accounts, and providing insights to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Recordkeeping:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Ensure all transactions are recorded in accordance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Generate regular reports for management to support business decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial reports and audits.
• Account Reconciliation:
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Ensure that all accounts are accurate and up-to-date.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts.
• Provide recommendations for cost control and financial improvements.
• Compliance and Regulation:
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.
• Prepare and file tax returns and other financial reports required by government agencies.
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Financial Analysis:
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Evaluate financial performance and provide insights into trends and variances.
• Advise on financial implications of business decisions.
• Administrative Support:
• Support the finance department with various administrative tasks.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee expense management.
• Liaise with external auditors and other financial stakeholders.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or other professional certification preferred).
• Experience: Min 3-5Years of experience
• Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
