IBC Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. We are looking for someone with a strong background in accounting, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for delivering precise financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax regulations and prepare corporate tax returns.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly financial statements and reports.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing budgets and financial forecasts to guide business strategy.
• Audit Support: Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Cost Analysis: Analyze cash flows, tracking, and other revenue streams.
• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, contracts (Ejari), and company PDC cheques.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaboration: Partner with other departments, especially the sales team, to provide financial insights that support strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on corporate tax.
• Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks and SAP (minimum 5 years' experience).
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, GAAP/IFRS standards, and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.
