Job Responsibilities:

- Handle financial transactions, maintain accurate records and prepare financial statements.

- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.

- Assist with income tax, VAT and corporate tax registration and filings.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.

- Track and categorize expenses.

- Help with budgeting and financial forecasting.

- Manage inventory records.

- Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable.

- Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely salary payments.

- Assist with external audits and prepare audit reports.

- Analyze financial data and produce reports.

- Reconcile bank accounts and manage cash flow.

- Support clients with their accounting inquiries and servcies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MCom, BCom, Inter CA preferred).

- At least 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE.

- Proficient in Tally, QuickBooks and other commonly used accounting software such as SAP or Zoho Books.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team and communicate with clients.
