We are looking for a highly skilled and qualified Senior Accountant to join our growing team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting, auditing, taxation, and compliance with accounting standards. You will provide strategic financial advice, support management in financial decision-making, and ensure that the company's financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Conduct audits and manage internal controls to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
• Prepare tax returns and manage tax planning, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to senior management, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Liaise with external auditors during the audit process, providing necessary documentation and supporting the audit team's inquiries.
• Advise on financial strategies and risk management practices to optimize company performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and other financial operations to ensure business sustainability.
• Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, providing leadership and training opportunities.
• Collaborate with various departments to improve financial processes and internal controls.

Qualifications:

• ACCA qualification or equivalent, with membership in a recognized professional body.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably with experience in a senior role.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, tax laws, and financial reporting.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Construction company is a plus.
• Knowledge of international financial regulations and standards (IFRS).
• Experience with financial systems integration or implementation.
