Position: Senior Accountant
Experience: 3-5 Years
Location: Al Quoz or DIP 2 Branch

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will oversee the accounting and auditing functions for three of our branches, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial processes. The role also includes responsibilities for tax filing, VAT registration, and inventory monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting functions, including purchasing, invoicing, and sales audit for multiple branches.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations, including VAT registration and tax filing.
• Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of financial transactions and identify discrepancies.
• Oversee stock monitoring and inventory reconciliation for all branches.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management review.
• Handle accounts receivable/payable and monitor cash flow.
• Ensure timely submission of tax filings and other government-related processes.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and records.
• Coordinate with branch managers and provide financial insights for better decision-making.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant accounting and auditing experience.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws, tax filing, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Preferred: Candidates with their own visa.

Working Hours: 10 hours per day
Weekly Off: Sunday
Salary: AED 3,000 - AED 4,000
Benefits: As per UAE law
