Job Description

We are looking for a Accountant for a Group of Companies in Dubai, UAE who can join the IMMEDIATELY .



1. Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.

• Entering, posting and processing client journal entries, to ensure all business transactions are recorded in a timely manner;
• Issuing client invoices, and tracking/updating of accounts receivable records;
• Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
• Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.

6. Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.

• Maintains financial historical records
• Supporting with other accounting/legal projects, as required.

8. Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.

9. Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.

10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

11. Any other task given by the organization

Job Qualifications and Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field

2. Previous bookkeeping experience preferred

3. Knowledge on ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS ( BAZAR)

4. Able to multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines

5. Familiarity with a wide range of financial transactions including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

6. Business-level English is a necessity

7. Strong interpersonal skills, levels of initiative, work ethic and good judgement;

8. Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi task several projects at once;

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
• BAZAR: 3 years (Preferred)
