Alliance Group is a leading company in trading building materials in UAE. We are seeking a competent and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.

Job Accountabilities:

• Prepare monthly closing reports like balance Sheet, Profit Loss, Cash Flow.
• Budget Variance Analysis Reports
• Any Other Reports required from management & Head office.
• Preparing monthly financial reports and closing monthly accounts.
• Preparing quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports and closing the final accounts.
• Monitoring the company's expenses and revenues and controlling cash flows.
• Good experience in preparing and monitoring project costs and expenses .
• Monitoring purchases and inventory .
• Monitoring and disbursing payments to suppliers and subcontractors according to the payment schedule as per the agreement.
• Monitoring the progress rates with the site engineer according to the schedule.
• Preparation of supply extracts for materials.
• Experience in the field of real estate, rental procedures, and monitoring cash payments and collections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a fully qualified accountant
• Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in same field. Knowledge on ceramics/building material and understanding of industry trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Basic IT skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
