Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in accounting practices
• Strong financial reporting and compliance skills
• Ability to oversee accounting operations
• Experience in the food and beverage industry
• Preference for CMA/ACCA certification
• Commitment to contributing to the financial health of the organization

Responsibilities:

• Lead the accounting function and manage one team member
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Oversee the general ledger in Zoho Books, ensuring all entries are accurate and complete
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing variance analysis
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits
• Prepare and file VAT/Corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounting functions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
