They provide the greatest service available in the domain of cast jewelryThe Senior Accountant/Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and activities of the company. This role involves strategic financial planning, management of financial risks, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. The Finance Manager will work closely with the executive team to drive financial performance and support the company\'s growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:Financial Management:Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and UAE regulatory requirements.
Manage the companys cash flow, ensuring liquidity and optimal working capital management.
Monitor and control expenditures to ensure alignment with budgeted figures.Financial Reporting and Analysis:Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to the management
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Prepare detailed variance analysis and financial reports.Compliance and Audit:Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws applicable in the UAE.
Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits.
Implement audit recommendations and ensure follow-up on action items.Operational Efficiency:Drive process improvements and automation within the finance function.
Implement and maintain robust financial systems and tools.
Ensure efficient and effective financial operations across the companyQualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Masters degree or MBA preferred.
• Certification: Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in finance in the jewelry industry
