We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Senior Accountant to manage our financial transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in our finance team, overseeing accounting activities, preparing financial reports, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Conduct regular financial audits and implement internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Handle VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risk.
• Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
