Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports.
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of accounts.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Manage payroll and tax filings.
• Collaborate with project managers to track and report on project budgets and expenditures.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
