Key Responsibilities:
• Bookkeeping:
Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
Record day-to-day financial transactions.
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Bank Reconciliation:
Reconcile bank statements with the general ledger.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
• Expense Management:
Record and reconcile employee expenses.
Ensure adherence to company expense policies.
• Financial Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
Generate financial reports as required.
• Data Entry and Accuracy:
Enter financial data into the accounting software accurately.
Maintain a high level of precision in all financial transactions.
• Support Audits:
Provide assistance during internal and external audits.
Prepare relevant documentation for audit purposes.
• Administrative Support:
Assist in general administrative tasks within the finance department.
Maintain organized financial files and documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• accounts assistant: 2 years (Required)
