:

• Create detailed journal entries and post them to the general ledger (GL) to track all income and expenses.
• Handle all accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis to make sure each invoice and expense report is accurate.
• VAT Calculation and filing VAT return on a quarterly basis.
• Preparing financial statements, statement of P & L, statement of financial position and statement of cash flow.
• Facilitate all incoming payments and outgoing checques, including printing, obtaining signatures for, and distributing cheques as necessary.
• Follow up with vendors for accounts payable and keep in touch as needed for collections and ensure bills are paid on time.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2 years+ relevant experience in Real Estate as an Accountant
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or CA Inter and ACCA will be preferred
• Must have knowledge of UAE VAT and Corparate Tax
• Must be residing in Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Positive and Intelligent personality with good analytical, execution, problem solving and decision-making skills
