Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Accountant. The responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments & maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Bank Reconciliations
• Supplier Reconciliation
• Able to do Complete Monthly Closing
• Financial statement Reporting
• Cost and Inventory Control
• Accounts Payable Aging Report Preparation
• Prepare, send and store invoices / PO
• Invoices Entry & JV posting in accounting software
• VAT
• Submit expense reports
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role with clinic experience.
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
• Hands-on experience with Quickbooks
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets
• Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
• Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
• Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
• knowledge of UAE VAT Law
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field

Nationality: Preferrably Philippines

Ideal candidate should have prior Hospital/Day Surgery Center/Clinic Accounting experience.
