Job Summary:
Manage financial operations, oversee accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger. Prepare precise financial statements, reconcile bank accounts, and optimize cash flow. Implement internal controls, collaborate with auditors, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and VAT filing
• Overseas the financial operation of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger function.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for the management review.
• Conduct monthly reconciliation of bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly review of Accounts
• Managed and monitored cash flow regularly and reduced unnecessary costs.
• Manage and maintain fixed asset register, including depreciation schedules.
• Collaborate with External auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
• Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Performing reconciliations of various accounts creditors, debtors etc.
• Inter Company Transactions and Reporting
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Preparation of Consolidated Financial Reports Branch wise and Vertical Wise
• Preparation of online bank payments and preparation of supplier cheques
• Prepare and file VAT accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with the regulatory
Requirements Qualifications:
• CA /CMA - Inter or Equal Degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable, preferably in the transportation or hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of billing processes and corporate client management is an advantage
