:
DCT is seeking an experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of Value Added Tax (VAT) and taxation regulations to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent analytical skills, and have a thorough understanding of accounting principles and tax laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Analyze financial data and variances to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit findings.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Manage fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, and impairment testing, in accordance with accounting standards.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements, including preparation and filing of tax returns and provision calculations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Evaluate and implement process improvements and best practices to streamline accounting operations and enhance efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date on accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends, and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA qualification preferred.
• Strong understanding of VAT regulations and tax laws, with experience in applying them in a business context.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of developing and empowering team members.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
