Job description Key Responsibility Area. \xc2\xb7 Maintain up to date billing system and generate tax invoices for customers. \xc2\xb7 Prepare customer statements, follow up and collect payments. \xc2\xb7 Perform account reconciliations and generate aging reports. \xc2\xb7 Manage customer disputes, coordinate with operations team, and resolve them. \xc2\xb7 Monitor customer credit limits, and co-ordinate with account managers and customers to replenish the account balances. \xc2\xb7 Update daily bank, cash, and credit card receipts, allocate and post entries in accounting software. \xc2\xb7 Manage cash and cheque collections, issue receipts and deposit into bank accounts. \xc2\xb7 Monitor commission claims, issues invoices, other required documents, and follow up on the payment. \xc2\xb7 Prepare list of commission payouts and co-ordinate with the payables to process on agreed terms. Qualification Required. \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 to 3 Years of UAE Experience. \xc2\xb7 Qualifications: Graduate or Post-graduate in Commerce/Finance, CA Intermediate, ACCA. \xc2\xb7 Experience in Quick Books, Zoho Books, and Tally or any other accounting software. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions. \xc2\xb7 Strong Oral and Written English Business Language Skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong Organizational and Analytical Skills. \xc2\xb7 Natural Team Player who is self-motivated, and target driven.
