Job Description
AP Accountant- Immediately available (Must be able to join next week)AED 18,000 per monthOur client, a global professional service organization is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Accountant for their Dubai office. The role will support the Finance Manager and will be responsible for the AP process in entirety.Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and set up of new vendors on the system
- Generation of PO requests
- Weekly supplier payment run creation, review and approval of new supplier set ups
- Reviewing and posting of expenses
- Contribute to month end closing and reporting of AP
- Run and execute bank reconciliations
- Prepare and draft accruals, update prepayments and depreciation on accrual sheets
- Monthly review of intercompany balances reported by AR and AP and upload to the system
- Candidates must possess at least 5 year\'s experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Preference given to those who have a professional accountancy qualification, ACCA, CMA, CPA
- Candidates MUST be available to start as soon as next week
- Excellent communication and time management skills essential with the ability to work within a fast paced environment
