Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. The Accountant will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and providing insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll
• Prepare and examine financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
• Manage budgeting and forecasting activities, providing accurate financial analysis and reports
• Conduct month-end and year-end close processes
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing and compliance with tax regulations
• Assist in the preparation of financial audits and liaise with external auditors
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Handle invoicing, billing, and collection of payments
• Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and support business planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the automotive or service industry
• Proficiency in accounting software e.g., QuickBooks
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
