Job Description

Job Title : Senior Accountant

• Accounts payable and receivable management
• Reconciliation of Banks, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable
• VAT filings and management
• Prepare month-end and year-end close processes
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• Monitor budget performance, providing variance analysis and explanations
• Preparation of Reports as assigned

Requirements

• Smart & Intelligent
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance (MBA, M.Com, ACCA, CA Inter)
• 1-2 years of accounting experience preferably in UAE Real Estate or Facilities Management industry
• Advance MS Excel understanding Skills
• Strong understanding of GL, accounting impacts, accruals, provisions etc
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
