:Job Title: Senior AccountantLocation: Ajman, United Arab EmiratesPosition Overview: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to take the lead in managing the financial aspects of our manufacturing and construction projects and the overall financial health of our organization. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, managing budgeting and forecasting processes and cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations.Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Reporting:\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cashflow statements.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.2. Budgeting and Forecasting:\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with project managers and cost controller to develop and monitor project budgets.\xef\x82\xb7 Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making.3. Project Accounting:\xef\x82\xb7 Oversee project-specific accounting, tracking costs, revenues, and profit margins.\xef\x82\xb7 Work with project teams to ensure accurate job costing.4. General Ledger Management:\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts.\xef\x82\xb7 Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.\xef\x82\xb7 Bank reconciliation\xef\x82\xb7 Banking facilities experience with knowledge in import and export LCs, LGs , bill discounting5. Compliance and Audit:\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and accounting standards.\xef\x82\xb7 Assist with external audits and provide necessary documentation.\xef\x82\xb7 Full knowledge in VAT and corporate taxes.6. Financial Analysis:\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for improvement.\xef\x82\xb7 Provide recommendations to management based on financial data.7.
