A leading real estate developer in the UAE have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Accountant, AP to join their finance team based in Dubai.Your Responsibilities
- Process and review supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper authorization, and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in preparing monthly accounts payable reports and providing input for financial statements.
- Monitor aging reports to ensure timely resolution of outstanding payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate, with a preference for candidates who have worked in complex family-run businesses or conglomerates.
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
