Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Payable Management: Manage the processing of vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments. Process all accounting-related entries, including accruals, in the ERP systems by cost/revenue center, location, division, and project. Account for retention, deposits, and guarantees related to accounts payable. Process supplier payments via 3-way matching (Invoice, PO & GRN) on time with proper due diligence checks and validation Receivable Management: Manage the processing of client invoices, ensuring timely recording. Follow up with the client for payment collection. General Ledger and Reporting: Maintain and update accounts payable/receivable reports and records. Enter all revenue and sales-related entries, including billings, collections, and allocations. Record fixed assets, including booking depreciation and maintaining registries. Petty cash accounts management and controls. Bank reconciliation. Manage the Regular/Adhoc management reporting requirements & pepare the monthly financial report on the financial position and analysis including revenue, cost and capital expenditures Perform other relevant functions in the finance department/section as assigned. Support the commercial and other departments for any financial or operational analysis on adhoc basis or whenever required. Work closely with cross-functional teams to synthesize, analyze and gather financial information. Contribute to the development and execution of the companys strategic initiatives through detailed financial analysis and focus on long term stated objectives. Timely and accurate closing for books of accounts. Maintain accurate P&L and Balance sheet accounts. Support Group Finance with required data and analysis for the group entities. Payroll Management: Assist in managing payroll processes and ensure timely salary recording and payments. Budgeting and Forecasting: Participate in the planning, monitoring, and execution of budgets. Provide accurate forecasting to support financial planning activities. Tax Management: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax documentation. Submit VAT filing on time. Internal Controls: Evaluate and enhance internal controls over financial reporting and processes. Provide recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation. Audit Management: Coordinate and manage audit requests, providing necessary documentation and support.

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance Advance knowledge of MS Excel Written and Spoken English is essential. Basic arabic will be an added advantage 3 -5 years of experience in Finance Experience in data analytics & Reporting Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to senior management. The ideal/successful candidate must be immediate joiner and have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.
