:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accountant with a background in document control. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounting and a strong understanding of document management procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and ledgers
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Utilize document control skills to manage and organize financial documents and records
- Support internal and external audits as needed
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with document control procedures and software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
