We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team in the Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, including budget planning, employee salary management, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. Additionally, this role involves overseeing employee financial matters and implementing strategies to safeguard the company's finances from losses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's annual financial plans and budgets.
• Oversee payroll management, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee salaries.
• Manage employee-related financial matters, including reimbursements and benefit calculations.
• Monitor and control the company's cash flow and expenditures to minimize financial risks and losses.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with management to create financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Develop internal controls and processes to prevent financial inefficiencies and losses.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies as required.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA is required).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the Abu Dhabi.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and payroll management.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and laws is a must.
