Job Description

• Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Provide financial analysis and guidance to support decision-making processes and strategic planning.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in construction accounting.
• Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Experience:
• Contracting Company: 5 years (Required)
• in Construction Industry: 5 years (Required)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Contracting & Construction industry experience is a must.
• Experience in ERP system.
• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience as a Senior Accountant in the construction industry is a must.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Proven track record of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
