Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager with a strong background in media agency operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing key client relationships, leading campaigns, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality media solutions. This position requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand client goals and challenges, and provide strategic recommendations for media and marketing solutions.
• Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with deliverables and campaign results.
Campaign Management:
• Lead the development, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across multiple platforms (digital, social, print, TV, etc.).
• Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media planning, and buying) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Strategic Planning:
• Develop and present media strategies and plans that align with client objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
• Stay updated on media trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices to deliver innovative solutions.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Mentor and guide junior account managers and executives, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams.
• Assist in resource allocation and workload management for projects.
Revenue Growth and Business Development:
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by offering additional services or new media strategies.
• Collaborate with the business development team to pitch new ideas and proposals to prospective clients.
• Monitor account profitability and ensure revenue targets are met.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in account management within a media or advertising agency.
• Proven experience managing large client accounts and multi-channel campaigns.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and execution.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
