We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to manage client relationships, develop campaign strategies, and oversee execution for clients in the media and entertainment sectors, particularly within streaming services. Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring regular communication and strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic recommendations, and oversee campaign execution.
Lead client meetings, calls, and presentations, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for new business.
Report on campaign performance and resolve issues or challenges as they arise.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement strategic plans for client campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and business objectives.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
Provide regular feedback and performance analysis to optimize campaign results.
Financial Management:
Manage campaign budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Oversee financial proposals, third-party contracts, and vendor relationships in collaboration with the Account Director.
Ensure accuracy in client billing and contract compliance.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor Account Executive(s), providing guidance and professional development.
Manage workload distribution and ensure the team's productivity and well-being.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Campaign Management:
Oversee all aspects of campaign execution, from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality results.
Manage earned media, influencer partnerships, and third-party collaborations to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Track and report on campaign performance, ensuring goals and KPIs are met.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in account management, with a focus on media, entertainment, or streaming services.
Skills: Strong client management, communication, and strategic planning abilities. Experience with budgeting, financial management, and team leadership.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Other: Proficient in managing multi-channel campaigns and working with digital and traditional media.
