Grow sales in accordance with the regions budget growth targets on a year-on-year basis AOR
Manage all aspects of customer relationships; sales forecast and forecast changes, pricing, IP and complaints.
In concert with Head of Dairy develop ambitious yet realistic sales budgets
Manage DSO and account receivables.
Show the way and provide excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
In close collaboration with the Application team, design, follow and execute on site trials to secure right field data collection and validation until successful implementation of Novonesis BioSolutions
Responsible for maintaining, updating and executing customer mapping.
Ensure CRM system (Salesforce) is maintained with up to date, like competitor information on customer, market, product, pricing and production volumes.
Manage project pipeline in Salesforce, utilizing customized dashboards and participate in monthly business & pipeline management review meetings.
In collaboration with global and local business development, implement new product launches or concepts including PR activities, planning of customer seminars and local sales campaigns.
Provides timely internal sales and customer related reports.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Frequent traveling up to 50% is required for this position
To succeed you must hold:
Education and Experience: M.Sc./B.Sc. in Food Science with minimum 3-5 years of sales experience preferable from an ingredients supplier and/or a dairy.
Ability to read, write and speak English is a requirement of this position. Arabic and/or is an advantage.
Personal skills: Analytical, structured, high energetic with can do attitude, team player.
Business & Negotiation skills: In collaboration with Head of Dairy drive and lead complex contract and price negotiations with Focus Accounts and Distributors
