Job Summary:As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales aspects in the assigned accounts. You will manage all sales activities and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values, establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the assigned area and contributes to the development of partners. Senior connection across the UAE Federal and Local Government is a prerequisite.Key Responsibilities:
Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the Government vertical in Dubai/UAE that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
Handling the performance and development of all sales activities
Being prowess in selling solutions and managed services
Preparing action plans to generate sales leads and prospects effectively
Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to work effectively on leads
Providing timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance
Updating the Sales CRM on a daily basis
Maintaining accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted to partners and clients
Creating and conducting proposal presentations and RFP responses
Assisting the Pre-sales team in preparation of proposals and presentations
Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
Maintaining contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Performing other duties as assigned
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
BA, MBA preferred or equivalent
5-7 years of relative experience in account sales management
Strong experience in selling Software Applications, Cloud and Managed Services in the UAE
Professional Sales Hunter with strong abilities to penetrate new accounts
Established list of senior contacts in the UAE Government vertical
Extensive experience in all aspects of sales reporting systems and processes
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements with the ability to
communicate technical details in a clear, understandable manner
Proven leadership and ability to generate sales and produce results
Self-motivated, strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate
problems, and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution
Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
