These are typically not-to be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.The RoleYou will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales revenue targets in accordance with the sales plan, through the effective management of customer relationships. You will provide a high level of customer service and account management to prospective exhibitors.Key Performance Indicators

Sales and Account Management
You will achieve and exceed set revenue targets for the assigned products and events in accordance with the sales plan
You will be working independently and with the Exhibition Director to create strategic plans to achieve revenue goals by generating new sales ideas and researching new markets and trends.
You will build and maintain strong client relationships by having regular contact or F2F meetings with existing clients throughout the event cycle
You will provide on-site account management at our events to achieve high exhibitor satisfaction levels
You will be tasked with developing new business and revenue streams, including sponsorship and other non-square metre revenue sources through market research, telephone contact, industry networking and client meetings.
Management and Reporting
You will ensure data capture of sales activities/calls and updating the CRM
You will be completing regular updates on sales progress and you will be required to report back to the business on sales progress (e.g. revenue vs target, activity reporting etc.)
You will also take a keen interest in the debt reports and assist the finance team with revenue collection
You will work closely with the marketing team and provide them with market intelligence to assist with exprom and visprom campaigns
You will monitor and research the market using online resources, gaining customer feedback, attending competitor events where appropriate, and industry networking
Ideally you will have an understanding and awareness of floor plan design.
You will work cross-functionally across internal departments including operations, marketing, finance to maximise client experience.
You will be an integral part of overall show management effort in performing additional duties as required.
QualificationsMinimum Education Level
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Essential
You have significant and successful experience in a sales role
You are highly target driven
You are computer literate and proficient in the use of commonly used business software
You have effective verbal and written English communication skills
You showcase strong interpersonal skills
You have commercial awareness
Desirable
You will ideally have an awareness of exhibition production
You will ideally have experience of growing and developing new markets and products
You will have some experience of tele-sales, media sales or exhibition sales.
You will have relevant industry knowledge
You will have an understanding of event cycles
You will ideally be able to speak Arabic (This is desirable)
