Who we\'re looking for:We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the account while providing valuable insights and perspectives to the marketing and communication strategies.What you\'ll be doing:
Manage internal agency relationships to ensure efficient delivery of client projects
Develop a deep understanding of clients\' businesses and industries
Monitor clients\' activities to ensure marketing objectives are met
Identify market needs and challenges, and recommend new strategies to react to changing business trends
Build strong relationships with clients and lead the account team
Manage budgets and cash flow, and report regularly to the AD on progress
Develop the Account Team\'s career paths and oversee their work by focusing on developing their abilities
Provide support for the Account Planners and understand, interpret and apply market research insights
Manage multiple accounts and develop positive working relationships with all customer touchpoints
Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research
What you\'ll need:
BS/BA in marketing or advertising specialization
At least 3 years of experience as an Account Manager within an agency
Strong project management and time management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail and a creative mind
Strategic curiosity and knowledge in the interactive/digital space
Team player with a dynamic personality that can effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business
Eager to pitch in on anything and prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining a focus on relationships
Resourceful in finding information
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations
A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting, and completion of planned deliverables
