Identify new business opportunities, pitch agency services to prospective clients, and expand the agency\'s client base.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability for both the agency and clients.
Brief the creative team on client objectives, provide clear direction, and ensure that creative work aligns with client goals and brand guidelines.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data and metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Address client concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner, and proactively find solutions to challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic guidance and maintain a competitive edge for clients.
Requirements
5+ years of account management experience with creative agencies
Affinity and passion for cars with prior experience in managing accounts within the automotive industry
Relevant experience in the UAE market
Proven experience managing Account Executives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
Strong attention to detail
Strong operational skills, capable of managing a team and handling fast-paced client requests
