In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the account while providing valuable insights and perspectives to the marketing and communication strategies.What you\'ll be doing:

• Manage internal agency relationships to ensure efficient delivery of client projects
• Develop a deep understanding of clients\' businesses and industries
• Monitor clients\' activities to ensure marketing objectives are met
• Identify market needs and challenges, and recommend new strategies to react to changing business trends
• Build strong relationships with clients and lead the account team
• Manage budgets and cash flow, and report regularly to the AD on progress
• Develop the Account Team\'s career paths and oversee their work by focusing on developing their abilities
• Provide support for the Account Planners and understand, interpret and apply market research insights
• Manage multiple accounts and develop positive working relationships with all customer touchpoints
• Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research

What you\'ll need:

• BS/BA in marketing or advertising specialization
• At least 3 years of experience as an Account Manager within an agency
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and a creative mind
• Strategic curiosity and knowledge in the interactive/digital space
• Team player with a dynamic personality that can effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business
• Eager to pitch in on anything and prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining a focus on relationships
• Resourceful in finding information
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations
• A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting, and completion of planned deliverables
