Senior Account Manager - Beauty & Care Dubai, UAE HybridWe are looking for a seasoned Senior Account Manager to lead the Beauty & Care business in Africa, Middle East and Turkey. She/He will be responsible to grow sales and profitability according to set objectives, identifying business potential in the area of responsibility, developing successful working relationships with new and existing clients and establishing dsm-firmenich as a key partner for clients and obtaining briefs for profitable business. Build sales and profitability growth with existing and new global and regional clients, distributors.
Collaborate in the regional implementation of the regional Beauty & Care Strategy as well as customer segmentation and contribute to the global sales budget and margin target.
Develop opportunity mapping at customers and take actions to increase profitability and/or share.
Deliver pro-actively convincing product and concept presentations to customers.
Closely collaborate with Regional Marketing & Technical and Global PC Headquarter to ensure seamless customer support and internal information flow of opportunities and actions.
Deliver first line technical product advise to customers. Work hand in hand with the Regional Technical & Application Manager to promote new formulations and product solutions adapted to the market needs and deliver technical assistance to customers.
Manage customer projects and relationships to achieve desired results within the budgeted costs.
Lead negotiation of pricing agreements in accordance with company guidelines.
Liaise closely with Regional Commercial Operations to define pricing and forecast sales accurately.
Collaborate with Regional Commercial Management to ensure supply and resolve issues.
Monitor competition within the region to allow the organization to act promptly on shifts.

You bring:
University degree in business and/or technical.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Beauty & Care cosmetic industry in AMET region.
Strong global and / or large regional customer network and relationships.
Understanding of customers business segment and activities.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proven track record of new wins and ability to identify and create new business opportunities.
Good written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English languages
Entrepreneurial and works towards dsm-firmenich and customer win-win.
Ability to build and maintain close relationships with customers, decision-makers and influencers, understanding and communicating customer requirements.
Good project management skills.
Strong business acumen
Willingness to travel and comfortable in working in different geographic cultures.
