This position demands a proactive approach to building relationships with corporate and government sector clients and delivering results through strategic account management.Key Responsibilities:Consultative Sales Approach: Understand the business needs of customers and prospects, identifying and recommending technology products, solutions, and services that can improve customer operations and help achieve their goals.Product & Solution Presentation: Present and propose software solutions, including Applications, BPM (Business Process Management), RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and e-services, that meet customer requirements, ensuring they align with the customerxe2x80x99s strategy and vision.Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Act as the liaison between the customer and internal teams to drive project success and client satisfaction.Business Development: Build new business opportunities by identifying appropriate return on investment (ROI), defining strategies for specific business areas, and presenting actionable recommendations for future approaches.Customer Relationship Management: Regularly meet with strategic customers and prospects to understand their evolving needs and ensure continued satisfaction with the solutions provided. Establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers in both corporate and government sectors.Negotiation & Closing Sales: Utilize excellent negotiation skills to finalize agreements and close deals, ensuring that the solutions are tailored to meet customer requirements while achieving business goals.New Customer Acquisition: Focus on acquiring new customers in the UAE from both the Corporate and Government sectors, expanding the companyxe2x80x99s presence and market share.Target Achievement: Drive efforts to meet quarterly and annual sales targets, increasing brand awareness and generating new business leads.Financial Acumen: Possess a good understanding of cost, margin, and other relevant financial terms to make informed sales decisions and ensure profitable deals.Communication & Reporting: Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English to effectively engage with customers and internal teams. Provide regular updates and sales reports to management.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years of successful experience in selling IT software solutions in the UAE market.
