• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client needs and objectives to brief internal teams
• Work on inspiring creative briefs that lead to awesome ideas / campaigns
• Work collaboratively with creative, media, and account planning teams
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Present campaign ideas and secure client approvals
• Oversee campaign execution and track performance
• Generate reports for social brand channels that agency handles
• Identify new business opportunities that can lead to proactive ideas
### Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or any related field.
• 3-4 years of client servicing experience in a creative agency in the UAE.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver successful advertising campaigns (both online & offline).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of the advertising landscape, including traditional media and digital marketing channels.
• Experience in developing creative briefs and collaborating with creative teams.
• Budget management skills.
• Project management skills to ensure campaigns are completed on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in English & Arabic.
• Knowledge of website design and functionality, including landing pages.
• Experience managing social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Understanding of social media advertising platforms and campaign creation.
• Experience with influencer marketing, including identifying, vetting, and collaborating with relevant influencers.
