Job Title: Senior 3D Visualizer

Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior 3D Visualizer with a strong background in architectural visualization. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience working in an architectural firm and will possess a keen eye for detail, creativity, and technical expertise. You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations that effectively communicate design intent and enhance client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and design concepts.
• Create detailed 3D models and realistic renderings of architectural projects using industry-standard software.
• Develop and maintain a library of textures, materials, and lighting setups to ensure high-quality visual outputs.
• Produce both interior and exterior visualizations, including site plans and landscaping.
• Present visualizations to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance visualization techniques.
• Mentor junior visualizers and assist in their professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in 3D visualization within an architectural firm.
• Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Blender, and Adobe Creative Suite .
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills .
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and expertise in architectural visualization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
