SENIOR 3D ARTIST/ DESIGNER WITH (ARCHITECTURAL SCALE MODEL MAKING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

The Senior 3D Artist & 3D Designer specializes in creating high-quality 3D designs, models, and renders for architectural scale models. This role involves interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring designs meet client expectations. The position requires technical expertise in 3D modeling, attention to detail, and experience in architectural model-making workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. 3D Modeling & Design

• Create accurate and detailed 3D models for architectural scale models based on CAD drawings, sketches, and other reference materials.
• Ensure 3D designs are optimized for production, including CNC machining, laser cutting, and 3D printing.
• Collaborate with architects, model makers, and project teams to ensure designs align with project requirements.

2. Rendering & Visualization

• Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for presentations and client reviews.
• Develop textures, materials, and lighting effects to enhance visual appeal.

3. Project Coordination

• Work closely with SALES TEAM and PRODUCTION TEAM to translate 3D designs into physical models as per client requirement
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and and other team to incorporate feedback into designs.

4. Quality Assurance

• Conduct quality checks on 3D models to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Ensure that the final output meets industry standards and client expectations.

5. Software & Tools

• Utilize software such as 3ds Max, Rhino, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite for design tasks.

6. Team Mentorship

• Guide junior team members by sharing technical expertise and providing constructive feedback.
• Contribute to skill development programs for the team.
