Job Title: Female Office Administrator/Secretary Job Overview: As an Office Administrator/Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This multifaceted position requires a dynamic individual with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, including public relations, continuous follow-ups, filing, and participating in outside meetings as required. Responsibilities:

Requirements: - Proven experience as an office administrator in real estate (Minimun 2 years) - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office suite, email systems, etc.). - Familiarity with filing systems and record-keeping practices. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
