Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for joinery and interior fit-out projects, ensuring precision and adherence to client specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Drawings:
• Create detailed 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for joinery and interior fit-out projects.
• Prepare technical drawings and plans based on rough sketches, specifications, and calculations.
• Project Documentation:
• Develop and maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of designs.
• Quality Control:
• Review and revise drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to specifications.
• Conduct regular checks and updates to drawings as projects progress.
• Material Specification:
• Specify materials, finishes, and construction methods based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure materials meet design specifications.
• Site Surveys:
• Conduct site surveys and measurements to verify dimensions and gather relevant data.
• Update drawings based on site conditions and as-built measurements.
• Design Solutions:
• Provide design solutions and modifications to address project challenges and constraints.
• Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and meet client expectations.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all designs adhere to building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Incorporate safety features and considerations into all drawings and plans.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman, preferably in joinery and interior fit-out.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
