Job Description
The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the security operations and ensuring the safety of personnel and property. They will be responsible for managing a team of security personnel and implementing security measures to prevent unauthorized access, theft, and vandalism.Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security team to ensure the smooth operation of security operations.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems.
- Conduct regular patrols to identify potential security risks and take appropriate action.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Ability to make quick and sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
