Proficiency in security tools and technologies. A comprehensive understanding of security principles, risk management, incident response procedures, and security best practices is vital. Communication and Leadership: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential as security operations officers often collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead incident response efforts.
