Our organization helps build a safe, secure environment so that our team members around the world feel empowered to do their best work, every day.Were looking for a Security Operations Manager to join our Global Security team in (insert site)!What youll do:Reporting to the Regional Security Manager, you will lead all aspects of all Global Security related functions in the APAC & MENA region, serving as the primary point of contact for all security related matters with the opportunity to support all regional locations.Collaborate with Global Security management team members, and other cross functional team managers, to promote a safe and secure workplace, to include event security supportClosely coordinate with leadership, and other partners such as HR, Finance, IT, and Legal to address security requirements and concernsAdvance and communicate to Global Security leadership team members and partners of significant developments, to include regular contact and coordination with our Global Security Operations Center for alarm response, crisis and incident managementCoordinate management of security vendor contracts including onsite guarding services, technology and systems support, and special event security, to include QBR participationConduct security and safety training at assigned locations in alignment with Snap Security Awareness Training & Education teamDeepen your understanding of the management of multi-site security operations including international locationsDevelop physical security plans, security operation procedures, and emergency protocols for any new projects, and align with trusted vendors and relevant partners to ensure that these plans are reasonable, implementable, balanced, and dynamic in both their design and executionProduce timely, well written reports and metricsEstablish relationships and act as the liaison with local emergency and law enforcement servicesKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communicationKnowledge and familiarity with computers and security equipment, including camera monitoring, access control and intrusion detection systemsFlexibility to work non-traditional schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends to adapt to our 24/7 operationHigh resiliency, with the ability to work well independently, as well as in a team environmentBasic experience with computer based technologiesAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeMinimum Qualifications:High school degree or GED or equivalent years of experience6+ years experience in the military, law enforcement, or a public/private sector security organization.Vendor management experience (security integrators and guard force providers)Ability to lift up to 10 kgs to support site security operations as and when requiredAbility stay on your feet for extended periods to time for Incident Management or support to security operationsCurrent CPR and Basic First Aid certificationActive engagement in public/private partnership organizationsLocal security certifications required. (Ex.
