Job Summary:
The Security Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our security services, ensuring the highest level of protection and service for our clients. This role includes managing personnel, developing security protocols, maintaining compliance, and enhancing operational efficiency. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a commitment to excellence in the security field.

Key Responsibilities as below but not limited to:

1. Operational Oversight:

Manage and coordinate security operations for various client sites.

Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures to improve overall security measures.

Conduct regular assessments of security operations and make recommendations for improvements.

2. Personnel Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel, ensuring high standards of conduct and performance.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.

3. Client Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their security needs and expectations.

4. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.

Monitor and analyze incidents or trends to enhance security protocols and response plans.

5. Budget Management:

Assist in the development and management of the security operations budget.

Ensure resources are utilized efficiently and effectively to maximize operational efficiency.

6. Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations relevant to security operations.

Prepare and submit reports on security operations, incidents, and risk assessments to senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Security Department as Operation Manager: 4 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English, Hindi (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
