Charterhouse is working with a Single-Family Office based in Abu Dhabi who are looking to hire a Security Operations Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of security operations.About the role
The Security Operations Manager will have a broad range of responsibilities encompassing all aspects of physical security and its intersection with cybersecurity. The primary responsibility would be physical security oversight initially, developing and implementing comprehensive physical security protocols for the premises, maintaining access control systems, as well as ensuring staff security through thorough investigations and monitoring. The role will also have oversight across development and implementation of security policies in line with regulatory requirements to mitigate potential risks.About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in security operations management within a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of physical security principles, along with experience in physical security incident response and crisis management. Our client is looking for someone with strong knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, and its implications for physical security.Excellent communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders is essential for this role.
