Job Description

We are seeking a physically strong Security Guard with hands-on experience in managing staff camp facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our staff and premises while assisting in the efficient management of camp operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and safeguard the camp premises, ensuring the safety of all residents and assets.
• Manage access control and enforce camp rules and regulations.
• Conduct regular security checks and inspections.
• Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of camp facilities.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide support during critical situations.
• Handle staff queries and concerns regarding camp facilities professionally.

Requirements:

• Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the role.
• Experience in staff camp management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Prior experience in security roles is preferred.
